Returns & Refunds
You can return any wax melts to us if you’re not completely satisfied with the product. If the wax melt arrives to you broken or you’ve changed your mind, please reach out to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. We may ask you to send us photos. Our aim is to provide great wax melts, so please do contact us if something has happened to them!
The only occasion where a refund or exchange may not be provided is if the scent isn’t to your liking once you've melted the wax as this will be down to personal taste rather than an issue or problem with the wax melt itself.
